Anthony Archie

DIRECTOR AND PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Anthony is an accounting and governance professional with over 20 years of experience, primarily in local government. He has managed various activities including governance, risk management, legislative compliance, local laws, land and lease management, town planning, and finance. 

Recognised as a leading local government finance and governance expert in Queensland, Anthony served as Acting CEO of the Far North Queensland Regional Organisation of Councils (FNQROC) in 2023/24, fostering collaboration among 12 member councils and advocating for state and federal funding.

His financial expertise includes budgeting, internal reporting, financial modelling, asset management, and process improvements. Anthony is passionate about helping Councils achieve financial sustainability. 

Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Corporate Governance, and is a CPA. Additionally, he supports the accounting sector and first nations initiatives, serving on the CPA’s Indigenous Advancement Committee.
