Tony Brett

DIRECTOR AND PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Tony is an accounting professional with over 20 years experience in public sector financial management. He has worked in a diverse variety of organisations within the three tiers of government mainly in a Finance Manager role, and has a proven track record in the provision of high quality advice and assistance to senior management and boards as well as developing and implementing improved business processes to enhance service delivery.   

Tony’s recent engagements have included providing direct mentoring and support to improve general financial processes and systems at small Council’s, in addition to improving financial year end processes and systems for medium sized Queensland Councils. 

Tony is a fellow of CPA Australia, has a Master of Business Administration, majoring in Public Sector Management as well as a Bachelor of Financial Administration, majoring in Accounting. Tony is an active member of the CPA Queensland Divisional Council and is actively involved in advocacy and engagement for the sector.
